Smoking is the most common method of consuming tobacco.Tobacco smoking is the practice where tobacco is burned and the vapors either tasted or inhale,The resulting vapors are then inhaled and the active substances absorbed .Many smokers begin during adolescence or early adulthood. Usually during the early stages, smoking provides pleasurable sensations, serving as a source of positive reinforcement. After some individual have smoked for many years, the avoidance of withdrawal symptoms and negative reinforcement become the key motivations.
You cant call it a disease but it is an addiction for tobacco.
Smoking releases endrophins which helps in relaxing the body because of this normally a person who suffering from tension, will start.
Bassically it is the poor category contribute to the percentage of smokers as smoking not only eans ciggarates but also pipes,cigars,hokka and more
Treatment
1-When you wake up drink lemon water.
2-Take citrous fruits.
3-Exercise.
4-Take your mind away dont think you have forgotton something behave normally.
5-Stay away from your friends who are addicted to smoking for some days.
7-Eat home made food ,stop the intake of fast food,processed food etc for some days.
8-Drink a lot of water
9-Whenever you feel the urge to smoke just press the thumb of your left hand as it server for the same purpose.It reduces the urge to smoke.
