Constipation

Constipation refers to the disturbence in the digestive system,the food is not digestive properly and waste matter is not expelled from the body.Constipation is the chief cause of many diseases as such as acne,weak immune systems, as constipation results in the deposition of waste matter in the body the excess of toxins reduce the immunity of the body.


Symptoms

1-Difficulty to eliminate the waste matter as it becomes hard
2-Foul smell
3-Loss of appetite,
4-Nausea
5-Acne and Pimples
6-Acidity
7-Insomnia


Cause

The main cause of constipation is wrong diet.most raw food contain high amount of roughage which helps in the proper digestion of food through the intestine whereas preserved or can food lack roughage due to which the digestive system starts to accumulate toxins.Food which lacks essential minerals and insufficient intake of water,onsumption of meat in large quantities, excessive use of strong tea and coffee, insufficient chewing, overeating and wrong combination of foods, irregular habits of eating and drinking are causes of constipation.Lack of movement or the lack of physical exercise is also a major cause.


Treatment

1-A well balanced diet should be taken which includes raw fruits and vegetables.whole grain,milkproducts such as butter,curd,milk etc.
2-Food should be properly chewed.
3-Intake of food should be timely that is a fixed time interwal between meals.
4-Food with high calorific value should be avoided
5-Drink excess of water if possible keep the water overnight in a copper vessel.
6-Early mornig exercise also helps in elimination of wate matter
7-Drink a glass of warm lime water before going for exercise
