Diabetse is a disease in which the shugar and starch are no properly absorbed by the body. Diabetes is a disease caused by  nutritional disorders,It  results in the excess of glucose level in the blood stream or lack of insulin which controls the amount of glucose to the normal level
Diabetes occurs in all age groups, from young infants to the elderly.
Symptoms

1-A diabetic feels hungry and thirsty most of the time
2-Gets tired easily, both physically and mentally.
3- May suffer from constipation, intense itching around the genital organs,acne and general weakness.
4-Drowseness
5-Lower sex urge in some cases
6-frequent urination
Causes

1-Regularly over eating and obesity
2-.Eating too much sugar.
3-Eating excess of fats and protiens as it gets converted to sugar
4-Genetic

Treatment

Diet plays an important role in the treatment of diabetes
1-A diabetic person should struck to low calorie diet with low fats protiens,containing high quality natural food.
2-If possible reduce the intake of processed and fast food.
3-A diabetic person should not be afraid to eat fruits as fruits contain fructose which can be easily absorbed.
4-Eat 4 or five small meals rather than 3 large ones.
5-Eat raw food to increse the production of insulin.
6-Taking juice of  neem,karela etc which are bitter help in reducing the glucose level

As diabetes cannot be controlled instantly so you should foolow a daily regime which includes

When you wake up-A glass of unsweetened water(lukewarm)
Breakfast- Any fresh fruit excluding bananas and fruits which have high calorific values.A small quantity of           whole        bread and milk products.
Lunch- Lightly cooked green vegetables such as spinach,tomatoes,cabbage,cauliflower
,turnir ets a small quantity of regular food as per appetite and a glass of milk.
Mid-afternoon- A glass of fresh fruit or vegetable juice.
Dinner -A salad made up of seasonal fresh vegetables
Bedtime- A glass of fresh milk
