The term stress means the ability to withstand pressure.The most common disease associated with stress are heart disease, diabetes,headache etc.
Symptoms
The body becomes hyper active the pupils of the eye dilate, digestion slows down,muscles become tense,the heart beat increases, blood pressure increases , breathing become faster.A person under stress suffer form the various problems bad temper,head ache,digestive and skin disorders,dizziness, etc
Causes
It is caused due to many factors including both internal and external.The external factors include noise,pollution,radiations of various kind including x-rays, and due to rapid changes in the life style to which the body doesnt adopt that quickly.The internal factors are disagreements,arguements,jealousy etc which exerts pressure on the brain.
Treatment
1-The leaves of tulsi are highly beneficially the treatment of stress.Eat 5-6 leaves of tulsi twice a day.
2-Eat a lot of green vegetables.
3-dairy products such as milk,curd,butter etc also helps to reduce stress.
4-Exercise doesnt only keeps the body physically fit but also acts as a stress burster.
5-Whenever you feel stressed just do anything which you enjoy a lot whether it be playing vedio games cricket,or reading a book,or cooking etc.As it will relax your mind.
